Sometimes our hair needs a treatment to help maintain it's shine and it's health. While sometimes it just needs a little pick me up. Here are 3 easy hair recipes to help bring your hair back to life!
Improving Hair's Resilience and Luster
you'll need:
1 Egg
2 Tbs Coconut oil
2 Tbs Sesame oil
Whisk together and apply the mix to dry hair. Wrap it with a warm and moist towel for 5-10 minutes then wash hair normally.
Removing Build up Soap Residue.
you'll need:
1 room temperature beer (preferably a dark, stout beer)
After shampooing, let your hair fall downward into a sink or tub, and pour the beer onto your hair, massage for 5-10 minutes. Rinse and follow with your conditioner.
Moisturizing Conditioner
you'll need:
1 avocado
1 cup Mayo
Mix together and apply to shampooed hair. You can wrap it with a shower cap or towel for 20 minutes. Then rinse! If you have oily hair, I wouldn't suggest this. It can make hair greasier.
